Has an older brother: actor and former SPEED member Choi Sungmin.
Attended Hanlim Multi Art School.
Attended Joy Dance Academy and majored in girls hip-hop dance.
Her talent is playing claw machines and playing games in general.
Her hobby is reading comic books and watching movies alone.
Her lips are her secret weapon.
Was on the show “Cooking Class.”
Her favorite ice cream is flavor strawberry and chocolate.
Well known for being very bright and energetic. Also very affectionate with the other trainees. Though when she gets on stage her aura changes to very powerful and captivating.
Was crowned as “Personal Talent One Queen” in Weekly Idol.
Has a dog named Audrey.

She and Kang Hyewon used to attend the same school.
- Ahn Yujin said that recently Yena and Hyewon are getting very well with each other.
Is a childhood cancer survivor, she had lymphoma & was told there was no chance of survival but miraculously recovered. Her family wasn’t well-off so her parents had to sell kimbap every morning to be able to pay her hospital bills.
Is one of the fixed members of tvN’s program “Prison Life of Fools” together with GOT7‘s JB and SEVENTEEN‘s Seungkwan.
